Rahul Merani

Rahul Merani is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of CFO’s Domain . In addition, Rahul is the Chief Operating Officer and President of the Board of Directors Center of Excellence
Prior to co-founding CFO’s Domain and the BODCOE, Rahul was a Managing Director for The DLC Group’s California offices and Financial Intermediary network. Rahul served the office of the CFO providing consultants to backfill interim roles, complete special projects and solve for capacity and capability constraints. Rahul’s clients ranged in size from Venture Capital and Private Equity Portfolio companies to many of the largest companies in the world comprising the Fortune 500.

Since 2005, Rahul was actively involved in the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Los Angeles chapter serving as a board member from 2010 to 2017 including on several committees; the Private Equity Roundtable and as a founding committee member of the Corporate Executive Forum and Annual Awards Dinner.
In 2017 Rahul was appointed as a Trustee for the Conservation Society of California (Oakland Zoo) and is an Angel/Venture investor holding active investments with Amalfi Capital and Mentors Fund (where Rahul serves as a Founding Partner and Advisor).

Rahul is a Business graduate with dual majors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology in Sydney (UTS) and has his Masters in Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Securities Institute of Australia (FINSIA). Rahul began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in their Corporate Finance Recovery group in Sydney, Australia.

Patrick Coggins

Patrick Coggins is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of CFO’s Domain – an Accounting, Finance, and Business Intelligence Consulting and Recruiting firm serving CFO’s and their stakeholders. In addition, Patrick also founded Datjoy, a former Professional Services Firm dedicated to the placement of Information and Finance Technology skill sets.

Prior to co-founding CFO’s Domain, Patrick was a Managing Director for The DLC Group’s California offices. Patrick served the office of the CFO providing consultants to backfill interim roles, complete special projects and solve for capacity and capability constraints. Patrick’s clients ranged in size from Venture Capital and Private Equity Portfolio companies to many of the largest companies in the world comprising the Fortune 500. Patrick also founded Can Music Save the World in 2013, a non-profit dedicated to restoring music education in title 1 schools in Los Angeles by providing afterschool music programs.

Patrick has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of California Santa Cruz, a Data Analytics certification from Cornell University, and is a certified Project Manager. Patrick began his career in corporate Accounting and Finance consulting and recruiting in 2005. He currently resides in Westlake Village, CA. with his wife and daughter.

Vivek Mohta

ADVISOR

Dr. Vivek Mohta is Chief Business Officer at Manifold, an artificial intelligence engineering services firm with offices in Silicon Valley and Boston. He is responsible for creating opportunities to collaborate with clients and partners that leverage Manifold’s exceptional engineering team and helping scale the organization. Mike DiGregorio

Mike is a seasoned C-level executive and the former CFO of executive search firm Korn Ferry. He currently sits on the Board of 2 companies, 1 public and 1 private, and chairs multiple Audit, Compensation & Governance committees. Mike’s Board seats include Calavo Growers Inc., $1.4B NASDAQ company in food and agricultural products, and Humantelligence LLC, a private early stage HR software business with significant growth prospects.

Prior to that, he developed extensive experience in senior financial and operating roles in domestic and international markets, with both public and private companies. He has over twenty years of CFO experience. Mike is a CPA, has a Masters Degree from the Wharton School of business, and is bilingual in Spanish and English.

James Rees

Over the course of his career, James has advised clients from Asia, Australia, and the United States on strategy, performance improvement, mergers and acquisitions, and raising capital.
James is the founder of Eaglehawk Advisory, an advisory firm established to provide blue-chip investment banking and management consulting advice to mid-market clients seeking growth, capital or transformation. James is currently an investor and CFO of Hydrus Technology.

James has a bachelor’s degree in economics, a bachelor’s degree in commerce, and a graduate diploma in applied finance. Also, he is a Chartered Accountant. James is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; previously, James served as a director of the Australian American Association and TrademarkVision.

Joan Lockie

Michael Sadowski

Michael Sadowski serves as the chief marketing officer for GameWorks, leading Marketing, Business Development, and Analytics. Sadowski is a proven business leader who brings 20 years of experience in Marketing, Analytics, Operations and Finance across multiple industries.

Prior to joining GameWorks in January 2019, Sadowski was the VP of Operations and General Manager for Kelley Blue Book Co., Inc (KBB), a brand within Cox Automotive. In this position, Sadowski was responsible for the KBB brand performance as well as overall business operations. Prior to this role, Sadowski also led the marketing, analytics, sales operations and finance organizations within KBB.

Before joining KBB, Sadowski served as vice president of finance for Quality Systems, Inc./ NextGen Healthcare, Inc (NASDAQ: QSII/NXGN), and led the financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and treasury functions.

Prior to working at Quality Systems, Inc., Sadowski worked as a consultant specializing in acquisition integration and turnaround management. Before his consulting work, Sadowski spent over eight years with GE (NYSE: GE) in multiple divisions and various functions.
